Job Description: Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

  • We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System. This role is crucial in driving quality goals, resolving plant events, and supporting risk analysis and process validation.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Quality System effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate plant events, document thoroughly, and manage CAPA actions.
  • Perform product impact analyses and implement QA holds as necessary.
  • Approve SOPs, calibration requests, and validation documentation.
  • Develop quality plans, product specifications, and risk analyses (e.g., FMEAs).
  • Implement statistical quality programs and monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with quality/compliance management and relevant regulations.
  • Knowledge of standards for API, Bulk Drug, or Finished Goods manufacturing.

Pay rate:

$35/hr. - $45/hr.
