Pay Range: $40 - $45

• The HR Retirement Specialist will assist with the day-to-day activities and special data projects related to the US retirement (pension) plan.
• This role will also work closely with the Retirement Team to ensure that the retirement plan is compliant and administered consistently.
• The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of retirement plan design, administration, and compliance.
• This individual will collaborate closely with other members of the Benefits team, along with members of Payroll, Legal, and HR Shared Services.
• Individual will also work closely with our third-party administrators and consultants.
• Working on special retirement projects such as a data clean-up project
  • Researching and reconciling Collecting documentation, preparing, and fulfilling retirement calculation requests
• Analyzing retirement plan data from vendor and internal reporting team
• Reviewing completed retirement paperwork and interacting with current and former employees around the distribution process
• Assisting HR Shared Service members with answering employee questions
• Supporting annual audit and government compliance requirements (Forms 5500s, AFN distribution)
• Drafting communications, education, and retirement plan web content
