Position Details:

Position: SQL/SSIS Developer

Location: Richmond

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)                              

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of SQL Server development experience
• 3+ years of SSIS development and deployment experience
• C# and VB.NET experience
• Data analysis experience
• Great communication skills / good personality

Day To Day:

• Involved in full system development life for the data warehouse, source data analysis, data extraction process, transformation, and ETL loading strategy designing.
• Translate business propositions into quantitative queries and collect the data
• Develop T-SQL queries, complex stored procedures, User define functions, designing and implementing of database triggers, views and designing and implementing indexes.
• Transform complex business requirements into ETL Process and quantitative quires to collect the data
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using power BI and interfaces with SSIS.
• Use power BI to run DAX queries and functions.
• Business intelligence solution design, development, and maintenance
• Develop SSIS packages using lookup Transformation, Merge Joins, Look up and Union all with multiple data flow tasks.
