Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid Providers in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in documenting information accurately.
  • Willingness to adhere to strict attendance and performance standards.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
