About the Role:

• We are seeking a Deviation Management Contractor to join our team in support of vaccine production at our West Point site.
• The individual will be responsible for managing deviation activities as a member of the Technical Operations Deviation Management team within the ROTA End-to-End (E2E) technical operations unit.
• This role will involve investigating and resolving issues related to vaccine technology/production to support operations at the ROTA E2E.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead or participate in manufacturing investigations and process improvement projects.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing shop floor for problem resolution.
• Design and conduct experimental protocols using lab facilities and production equipment.
• Write technical documents to support deviation closure using the SAP system.
• Author and update technical and manufacturing documents for investigations, process design, engineering studies, and validation.

Education Qualification: -

• B.S. degree in Engineering or Sciences.

Required Skills: -

• Minimum one (1) year post-bachelor’s degree experience in GMP manufacturing or technical support.
• Ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience and Skills: -

• Experience in vaccine manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sterile processing.
• Experience with authoring technical documents.
