What we’re looking for:
  • The US team is seeking a Process Coordinator to help support our process maturity initiative and to manage our vehicle onboarding process with the Operations team.
  • You will report directly to the Clients Marketing and Customer Experience Manager and indirectly to the  Operations Sr. Manager.
  • For part of this role, you will help document operating procedures for our call center agents and help with knowledge management.
  • For the other part, you will support vehicle onboarding activities such as title management, inventory management, and help respond to customer inquiries.
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 Process & Operations Management:
  • Manage the process for vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
  • Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help with the redesign.
 
Knowledge Management:
  • Develop standardized responses and templates for customer agents to utilize for chat and email conversations, aiming to enhance the quality and consistency of customer interactions
  • Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides.
  • Facilitate regular reviews with SMEs, ensuring their insights are incorporated to maintain document accuracy and completeness.
  • Help ensure documents comply with legal and compliance requirements, writing style, structure, and format standards.
 Qualifications:  
  • At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
  • Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience facilitating meetings
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
  • Fleet management experience
  • Experience working with call center agents
