Duties:

• Support a new product, design and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables; Analyze complex problems and identify their impact/ establish probabilities/ draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs/ set complex process requirements.
• Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Experience:

• 2- 5 years manufacturing engineering experience
• Design, working with statistics, Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred
• May consider candidates with 2-3years experience, BUT must have background & experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings.
• Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity.
• Software validations/ Writing protocols & reports, knowledge in developing new process

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Experience in FAT, commissioning & validation of manufacturing equipment

Education:

• Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical or Computer Science or related engineering or scientific field

Pay Range: $35/hr to $40/hr
