About the Role:

  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment. 
  • Process of assigned applications and maintenance requests following documented work instructions. 
  • Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers to make necessary corrections. 
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status and resolve enrollment application deficiencies via phone. 
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance program guidelines to ensure a minimum quality. 
  • Make recommendations to management for process improvements. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of information as required by HIPAA regulations. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
