  • Responsibilities: Upload store address listing to the OMIS database
  • Create and release all work orders before shipment
  • Create and release documentation for printing
  • Create/update Region, District, and Store Validity Files
  • Post inventory schedule to LAN and Customer Support Schedule
  • Maintain schedules and manage schedule changes
  • Engage with clients regarding questions and requests Facilitate last-minute client requests
  • Follow up on late/lost shipments to customers
  • Create and submit client invoices to billing department Follow up with clients on missing equipment
  • Equipment forecasting for all clients Education Qualification: Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/business environment
  • Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask, be agile, and manage multiple projects
  • Quick and efficient learner of processes and internal software
