Responsibilities:

  • Upload store address listing to the OMIS database
  • Create and release documentation for printing
  • Create/update Region, District, and Store Validity Files
  • Post inventory schedule to LAN and Customer Support Schedule
  • Maintain schedules and manage schedule changes
  • Engage with clients regarding questions and requests
  • Facilitate last-minute client requests
  • Follow up on late/lost shipments to customers
  • Create and submit client invoices to billing department
  • Follow up with clients on missing equipment
  • Equipment forecasting for all clients

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/business environment
