DayToDay Responsbilities:

•  The manager runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology.

• These resources will each be allocated to one of the following focus areas; payroll, benefits, or talent acquisition.
• This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems. 
• This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).

  Debug and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability.

  Schedule and monitor integration jobs, ensuring timely data transfer between systems.

Must Have:

• 5+ years working within Workday Configuration

• Can go into Workday and change a business system 
• Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON 
• MUST have experience with 1 of the 3
• Payroll (US/Canada)
• Benefits (Absences/Leave focus) 
• Talent Acquistion 
• Experience working with offshore teams 
• Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes 
• Good communication, self starter, eager to learn
