Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Change & Enablement, will provide critical support within the Business and Client Services organization in Capital. This role will focus on:
  • Driving change management for various projects.
  • Supporting communication and employee enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitating learning and development opportunities to foster growth and engagement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management strategies across multiple projects.
  • Enhance internal communication frameworks and foster team engagement.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to build skills and capabilities within the team.
Must have Skills and Experience:
  • Management Experience: At least 2+ years of experience managing a team directly.
  • Internal Communication: Strong expertise in crafting and executing communication strategies.
  • Learning and Development: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Nice to have Skills:
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in the top banking sector.
  • Strong communication and change management skills to support enablement initiatives.
