Role Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Change & Enablement, will provide critical support within the Business and Client Services organization in Capital. This role will focus on:

Driving change management for various projects.
Supporting communication and employee enablement initiatives.
Facilitating learning and development opportunities to foster growth and engagement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management strategies across multiple projects.
Enhance internal communication frameworks and foster team engagement.
Lead learning and development initiatives to build skills and capabilities within the team.

Must have Skills and Experience:

Management Experience: At least 2+ years of experience managing a team directly.
Internal Communication: Strong expertise in crafting and executing communication strategies.
Learning and Development: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Nice to have Skills:

Familiarity with Tableau or similar tools.
Previous experience in the top banking sector.
Strong communication and change management skills to support enablement initiatives.
