About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Product Delivery organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, operation support, and documentation.
This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
The position is remote, with the option to work within the company's default region of Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

Code, deploy, test, and troubleshoot java-based services and front-end Angular applications
Mentor junior developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert for customer and internal discussions
Decompose requirements into project activities and tasks
Perform technical design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting
Identify areas for improvement and streamlining
Mitigate technical risks and recommend best practices
Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent work experience
7 years of experience in software development, coding, software architecture/design, and user requirements definition
