About the Role:
We are looking for an expert with 7+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in supporting large enterprise clients with a strong background in end-user computing technologies, messaging and collaboration tools, experience management, desktop engineering, network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for end-user computing technologies such as Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, image management, application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), Citrix, and AVD.
Manage messaging and collaboration tools including MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.
Oversee experience management and desktop engineering. - Ensure a strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services to support enterprise clients effectively.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, image management, application packaging, MDM, Citrix, and AVD.
Experience with messaging and collaboration tools like MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.
Knowledge of experience management and desktop engineering. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay rate is between $47/hr to $50/hr.
