Major investment Bank is looking for L2 DevOps Engineer for a long term contract position in Denver, CO/Chicago, IL/Washington, DC/Addison, TX

Position :  L2 DevOps Engineer
Location : Denver, CO/Chicago, IL/Washington, DC/Addison, TX                                                                      Duration : 12 -18 Months (Contract to Hire)                                                                                                    Pay Range : $60/hr - $70/hr

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of production engineering/operations experience
• Previous experience in supporting infrastructure in enterprise companies
• Linux Systems Admin/Engineer
• Experience with Containerization 
• Experience with MS-SQL
• Strong communication experience

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams to identify potential issues in both development and production environments
• Work with an agile service team focused on daily production service delivery and application deployment
• Work as an individual contributor responsible for researching, implementing, and supporting complex IT engineering tasks as a of an agile Engineering Services team
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed system
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems, hardware and software interfaces
• Apply an understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices
