• 11 people, highly experienced in their roles.   Team members willingly share information to assist each other with understanding processes and changes as they arise

• Generally taking care of the duplicate requests for RBC GAM via email, providing the slips within the SLA

• The Shareholder Services department is responsible for maintaining the records for investors of various Investment Companies that offer investments such as Mutual, Segregated and Pooled Funds.
• Along with maintaining records, reporting is provided to unit-holders, all in accordance with government policies, tax laws and national policies

Tools Used:

• Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, MS Outlook
• Must be comfortable with Excel - Ability to easily create/edit spreadsheets with formulas as needed
• Unitrax recordkeeping system an asset

• Funds industry experience required
• Knowledge of Unitrax record keeping system preferred
• Understanding of registered products desired
• Knowledge of CRA and RQ tax slips
