DayToDay Responsbilities:

Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient workflows within the Claims Department.
Analyze existing claim processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization through digital transactions.
Contribute to the development and testing of new digital transaction functionalities within the claims workflow.
Gather and document business requirements related to claim processing and workflow improvements.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
Ensure that implemented workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing claim processing workflows.

Must Have:

A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst at the mid-level.
Proven expertise in Pega platform and its associated methodologies is essential.
Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks is a mandatory requirement.
Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is essential for effective collaboration and tracking.
