About the Role:

• We are looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office .
• This role will oversee and direct complex enterprise-wide corporate initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups across various organizational work streams utilizing Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Actively plan and manage large-scale Waterfall or Agile projects around scheduled program increments, milestones, scope, cost, resource health, and risks.
• Own project finances, including timing implications and key payment dates, while proactively reporting status and creating scorecards.
• Lead and contribute to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance.
• Prepare key documents, present business cases, and produce reports as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to bring projects through project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation. 
• Strong Financial/Budget Management ability, including comprehension of project financials and the ability to create and manage project budgets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment.
• Government IT Project management experience preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PMI preferred.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• They should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate positively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range:

• $70 - $83/hr.
