DayToDay Responsbilities:

Work within the set policies in place to determine if the personal loan applications meet the guidelines
Approve or deny applicants based on policy guidelines
Learn the internal system to work through the submitted transactions
Modifications / deferments / program re-ages
Manual processes with account numbers through excel to create requests and complete repetitive tasks

Must Have:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office
3-5+ years in consumer loan underwriting
Previous credit review experience a plus
Ability to perform in a high-volume work environment, must have good problem -solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail.
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance
Ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines
Maintain positive customer relationships
Meet assigned performance plan objectives (i.e. goals)
Additional skills: Fast paced, attention to detail, adaptability
Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience in lending/financial institutions with borrower's assistance.
