Shift: Mon to Fri | 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Range: $38- 40/hr
 
Job Description:
  • Ensure daily coverage of Client Margin Calls and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle Client Trade & Settlement queries and escalate issues to Credit/Risk, Collateral Risk, and Operations Management.
  • Request/Book FX transactions and manage collateral bookings, releases, and pledges.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Front/Middle Office and core processing for resolution.
  • Utilize strong analytical and numeracy skills to solve problems and meet deadlines.
  • Engage with global peers to ensure best practices and maintain collateral governance.
  • Confidently interact with senior stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Product Control, Credit, and Legal teams.
