Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Ensure templates and profiles in the system are accurate. Handle contracts for doctors, patients, caregivers, and scientific advisors.
  • System Familiarity: Work with a contract management system (Interactions Hub, formerly ACE). Pick correct templates, ensure proper information incorporation, and adapt to application updates.
  • Communication: Collaborate with business owners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize contracts. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Solve problems independently, apply critical thinking for compliance reviews, and streamline processes as required.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain meticulous records and ensure deadlines are met while managing multiple tasks.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Smartsheet is a major plus.
  2. Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma minimum; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree optional but not required.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in contract coordination or related fields.
  3. Interpersonal Skills:
    • Comfort communicating across various organizational levels (e.g., doctors, scientific advisors, business owners).
    • Team player who can interact with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Process Documentation:
    • Experience creating training and process guides is highly desirable.
  5. Attention to Detail:
    • Ability to independently review contracts and perform compliance checks.

Pay Range:

  • $28-30/Hr
