Job Description:
 As a Digital Employee Experience Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and enhance the digital experience, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Nexthink to monitor and analyze digital employee experience metrics.
  • Develop and execute NQL queries 
  • Integrate Nexthink to enhance data analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize Nexthink APIs 
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and advanced tasks.
  • Manage PC infrastructure, including Active Directory 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Nexthink.
  • Strong skills in NQL queries
  • Experience with Nexthink integrations, particularly with Splunk.
  • Knowledge of Nexthink APIs and connectors.
