Position Title: Customer Service Representative - Security Call Center

Duration: 12 Months

Location:  Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ (5 dayz onsite in a week) they need to be comfortable with first and second shifts - first shift is from 7 am- 4 pm and second is from 3-11:30 pm

Pay Range:$16-$18

Must Haves:

• 6 months - 2 years experience of customer service or call center
• remote troubleshooting experience are helpful in this role
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask as this can be a high stressful job 
• Prior position should showing punctuality and ability to work with minimal supervision

Plusses:

• Military or security in their background 
• ·Office receptionist/clerk (relay messages and copy information)

Responsibilities:

• This person will assist Security Response Center team members with processing emergency alarm and call processing

• They will perform system manipulation, placing site in a mode so alarms don't get triggered

• This person will answer the calls when vendors get on site and leave site

• Remote troubleshooting
