We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator/Analyst/Junior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. 
 
Job Functions: 
  • Project Coordination: 
    • Collaborate with senior project managers to plan, track, and execute project deliverables. 
    • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and key milestones.  
  • Technical Analysis: 
    • Analyze project requirements, create and update implementation documentation, coordinate troubleshooting and support sessions. 
    • Track project metrics and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders. 
Qualifications and Experience: 
  • 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, technical analysis, or junior project management roles, within infrastructure projects. 
  • Must have 3+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure projects: Servers configuration, Vmware, M365 (Onedrive, Teams, Exchange), SCCM/Endpoint Configuration manager, Network (SDWAN, VLANs)
  • Must have strong excel and data analysis skills
