Lots of product development and both product and technical support.• Providing guidance and leadership to help build a strong team culture and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the development process.
Must Haves:• Experience with CAD software• Air Conditioning experience• Electrical mechanical design and understand wiring diagram• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and design elements into the air conditioning products, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and production departments.• Strong experience in air conditioning design, electrical/mechanical systems, and CAD software.
Pluses:• Experience with heat and heat design• Project management experience• Someone strong minded, and taking initiatives
