Title - Sr. Payroll Analyst (Costa Rica)
Duration - 12 Months (Possible Extension/ Conversion)
Location - Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Fully Remote)
 
Pay Range - $50-53/hr 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll duties including but not limited to; Time & Attendance, Payroll processor for Costa Rica payroll and assist with additional Americas payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil),
  • Fidelity management of Deferred Comp and ESPP
  • Customer Service and Support using internal ticketing system.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Must have Costa Rica payroll experience and solid knowledge of local taxation and regulations in Costa Rica.
     
  • Payroll technical skills in areas like payroll processing, reporting, account reconciliations, stock reporting, and performance of SOX controls.
  • American knowledge of US GAAP, government regulations and SOX requirements.
  • Experience with WorkForce Now (WFN) software Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil payrolls are strongly preferred.
  • Assist with the audit requests from the SOX and Internal Audit Team.
