About the Role:

• We are seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare financial statements, perform monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• The ideal candidate will consult and advise senior management on financial and operational issues impacting the strategic financial plans of the organization.

Pay Range- $40- $45

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate, analyze, investigate, and advise senior management on departmental/divisional/institutional financial variance reports.
• Prepare, manage, and analyze financial information related to the end of month close cycle.
• Create and educate staff on advanced Invision reports for internal financial analysis.
• Perform and communicate moderate to complex analysis for external users of financial information.
• Develop multiple system computer
• based programs for use in financial and operational reporting.
• Perform other position-appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

Education Qualification:

• CPA certification preferred.
• Five to seven years of previous accounting or financial experience required.

Required Skills:

• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, management, analytical, and communication abilities.
