Position Details:

• We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of providing gas and electric service to residential and commercial/industrial customers.
• The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Gas and/or Electric Distribution Systems and will be responsible for coordinating small to large projects in response to customer needs.

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers, the company, and external stakeholders
• Estimate customer and system loads, update customers on project status, generate tasks for other departments, provide cost estimates, identify required permits, and schedule work orders
• Evaluate distribution design requirements and coordinate prerequisites for successful project completion
• Conduct field work as needed to meet with customers on-site
• Manage project milestones, organize work assignments, and prioritize scheduling in response to work orders

• 2-year associate degree in a scientific or technical field OR completion of two years of college coursework (60 credits) towards a Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and switch tasks quickly while remaining organized
• Anticipate and understand the impact of actions on multiple systems
• Demonstrate leadership skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently on complex projects
• Proficiency in computer-assisted drafting (CAD) or other relevant software/programs such as SAP
