DayToDay Responsbilities:

  • Review around 10-15 accounts
  • Lots of back and forth with sales team
  • Will be supporting sales, middle man between sales and risk team.
  • Sometimes there might be an expectation to the Mississauga office
  • Rotating shift 11am-7pm and 9am-5pm
    • 3 people on team, so every 3 weeks- 11am-7pm

Must Have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales/ back office environment
  • Client facing experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication
  • Analytical background
    • Using Excel, wants someone to do reporting-- how many clients talking to, status on accounts
  • Bilingual- French and English
