                                     **Contract-To-Hire**

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in cybersecurity or IT environments.
  • Experience facilitating various Scrum ceremonies- daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk or Delinea (highly preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Pay Range- $65-75/hr.
