Title: Process Analyst Documentation Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 1.5 months of contract 

Pay: $45/Hr. to $56/Hr.  

Job Description: 

  • Will be gaining an understanding of current processes
  • Learning to manage processes according to bank standards
  • Create supporting documentation for the processes
  • Asking questions to understand processes and provide feedback on opportunities to improve or better capture what is happening within the process
  • Ensuring the process and documentation are understandable for anyone
  • Working closely with a team to accomplish these objectives
