Position Details:
  • Position: Operations Specialist (Data Entry)
  • Job duration: 12 months of contract
  • Location: Charlotte, NC USA 28255 (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8 am -5 pm EST
  • Pay Range: $21-22/hr
Roles and Responsibility:
  • Servicing Commercial Card clients for phone and email requests with inquiries into their commercial card program using technological advance platforms Associate will be responsible for troubleshooting multiple applications.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, data analytics, and problem solving.
  • Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while being able to assess high risk functions.
  • Must be able to prioritize, plan and execute task.
