Collabera is hiring for ServiceNow FSO Technical Consultant (Remote)

• Job Title:  ServiceNow FSO Technical Consultant 

• Duration:  12 Months (Contract)

• Location: Remote

• Pay Range: $70/hr - 80$/hr 

Key Roles & Responsibilities Directly or through others, the incumbent will:

• You will be acting as the sole FSO Technical SME to both the external client and internal teams.
• You will be expected to work directly with the client to gather requirements for out of the box and customized enhancements, to then coordinate with internal teams (solutions architect, scrum master , and developers) to make sure they understand technical requirements and answer any questions along the way.
• In addition, you will be expected to oversee stages of testing and release of enhancements.
• You should be able to manage the chaos of working with stakeholders, internal teams, along with strict project requirements while upholding a standard of professionalism.
• You should also come from a development background, able to troubleshoot emergency situations if development is not available. 
   

• FSO technical experience
• Best practice and understanding of ServiceNow as a whole - ITSM

• ITAM experience in addition to FSO
