Salary Range: 18.00 - 20.00 | Per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
  • Assist internal and external customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.

Must haves:

  • Experience with customer service and order processing.
  • Experience with Uniform Commercial Code, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title and abstracting, and commercial banking preferred.

Pay rate: $18/hr - $20/hr.
