About the Role:
- In this vital role, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for providing Plant Quality Assurance (PQA) On the Floor support for Manufacturing activities.
- The position involves working directly with Manufacturing staff during bulk drug substance operations to ensure quality requirements and deviations are addressed in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality oversight to ensure compliance with current regulations during manufacturing, testing, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, materials, processes, and products adhere to cGMP practices and other applicable regulations.
- Review and approve cGMP processes, procedures, documents, and records.
- Review GMP documentation such as logbooks, batch records, work orders, etc.
- Document deviations from established procedures.
- Verify completeness, accuracy, and documentation of production records and testing results.
- Alert management of quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks. - Complete required training for task execution.
- Maintain a clean room environment, including gowning in and out of frocks and coveralls.
- Collaborate with the PQA shift to ensure tasks are completed.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Quality/Manufacturing work experience
Pay Range - $30-35/hr
