About the Role:

In this vital role, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for providing Plant Quality Assurance (PQA) On the Floor support for Manufacturing activities.
The position involves working directly with Manufacturing staff during bulk drug substance operations to ensure quality requirements and deviations are addressed in real-time.

Responsibilities:

Provide Quality oversight to ensure compliance with current regulations during manufacturing, testing, storage, and distribution of products.
Ensure facilities, equipment, materials, processes, and products adhere to cGMP practices and other applicable regulations.
Review and approve cGMP processes, procedures, documents, and records.
Review GMP documentation such as logbooks, batch records, work orders, etc.
Document deviations from established procedures.
Verify completeness, accuracy, and documentation of production records and testing results.
Alert management of quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks. - Complete required training for task execution.
Maintain a clean room environment, including gowning in and out of frocks and coveralls.
Collaborate with the PQA shift to ensure tasks are completed.
