About the Role:

• The Product Science & Technology role in the R&D group involves providing technical support in the formulations development laboratory through hands-on experimentation and documentation of results.
• The role also includes non-laboratory tasks related to preparing documentation to support system updates.

Pay Range:- $21 - $22

Responsibilities: -

• Provide technical support to formulation development scientists by preparing and testing formulation samples for physical properties.
• Prepare formulation samples using standard processing equipment with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate formulation samples for physical properties using laboratory instruments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in good working order.
• Document all experiments and results accurately in a laboratory notebook.
• Prepare necessary documentation for product changes/updates with attention to detail.
• Utilize SAP for navigating and locating information, understanding information hierarchy and structure.

Education Qualification: -

• Degree in sciences such as chemistry is mandatory.
• B.Sc. degree is desired.

Required Skills: -

• Technical experience in academia or industry is a plus.
• Ability to take action and resolve issues independently.
• Experience with SAP is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
