About the Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
• The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments and scheduling procedures for our radiology department.

Pay Range:- $19 - $20

Responsibilities: -

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for radiology procedures
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
• Ensure accurate and timely scheduling in accordance with department protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any scheduling concerns

Education Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills: -

• Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, Epic software, and/or radiology is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and data entry
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
