Job Summary:

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our client in Charlotte, NC. This role requires an equal blend of front-end and back-end development expertise, with a strong emphasis on delivering complex solutions independently. You will be working on enhancing the Operational Risk Platform, an open-source platform that leverages Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. This position is integral to supporting the FRC governance team and requires collaboration within a scrum team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver on story work within each sprint cycle.
• Conduct estimations and requirements breakdowns to facilitate development work.
• Participate actively in daily stand-up and team meetings, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of technical solutions.

Job description:

Front-End (50%)

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
• Profound understanding of CSS and HTML5 concepts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Ability to design and develop efficient, responsive, and interactive UIs.

Back-End (50%)

• Proficient in Spring Boot, including JPA, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Expertise in Java (JDK 9, 10, 11).
• Experience in designing and developing multi-tiered applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development.
• Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Maven.
• Experience with MS-SQL Server or other relational databases, including working with data-intensive applications, DataBase Views, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
