• Perform inspection and testing of incoming components, materials, and products following documented policies and procedures.
• Record inspection and test results accurately in compliance with established protocols.
• Operate test and measurement equipment according to documented procedures.
• Identify and document non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system.
• Collect data for first article inspections and participate in GR&R studies as directed.
• Support departmental initiatives in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Recommend changes to procedures and policies as needed and prepare change requests for approval.
• Train other inspectors on tools, techniques, and procedures as required.
• Assist in data analysis and trending to support operational goals.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed to support operational excellence.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inspection role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong familiarity with inspection tools and practices, including dimensional, functional, and visual inspection techniques.
• Experience with incoming component and material inspection.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow detailed directions and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Inspection experience on CMM vision systems.
• SAP experience.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry, particularly medical devices.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend process improvements and contribute to team success.

Pay Range:

$25/hr to $30/hr (Without any benefits)
