Title: NERC CIP Compliance Analyst

Duration: 6 month CTH

Location: Houston, TX

Day to day:

The substation operations team is looking to bring this resource on to assist with the initiative of completing and executing surveys for each of the plants and building out NERC CIP compliance plans
Provide assistance in understanding the requirements in the NERC CIP and O&P Standards and what evidence is sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the Standards.
Use knowledge of electric transmission physical or cyber infrastructure best practices to assess the technical and economic impact of various policy proposals or contemplated strategies.
Reading through various CIP procedures – working with SMEs to put into a document and procedure

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
3 years’ experience NERC CIP policies and procedures relating to utilities
Knowledge and experience in electric utility operations, regulatory compliance and/or procedural development of a similar nature.
