Location: Newark, Delaware

Pay Range: $40/hr-$50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex SAS queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources, including Teradata, ReportNet, Oracle, etc.
• Create clear and concise reports to communicate findings and actionable insights using SAS.
• Leverage advanced SAS coding expertise to conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret results, and identify key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create innovative analytical solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years demonstrating strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics/reporting through SAS Enterprise Guide/SQL.
• Proficiency in advanced SAS coding techniques, including data manipulation, macro programming, and statistical analysis.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior banking or collections experience preferred.
