About the Role:
We’re seeking a Global Internal Employee Technology Support Analyst I to join our team at one of the top financial institutions in Chandler, AZ. This is a client-facing Level 1 technology support role that involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via voice and chat channels.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to internal employees via chat and voice channels as part of a 24x7 Global Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot MS applications (Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype) and proprietary systems.
  • Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while meeting operational and quality metrics.
  • Document tickets clearly for escalation to 2nd-line teams when necessary.
  • Partner with regional and international teams to deliver high-quality client care.

Must Haves:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Agent Chat and troubleshooting Windows 10.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, and ITSM (Remedy preferred).

Schedule:

  • Must be flexible to work onsite 4 days/week and 1 day remote after training.
  • Must be available to work scheduled holidays.
  • Shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
