About Role:
  • In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage management consulting discipline to assess the scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams
  • Make recommendations of workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities
  • Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge
  • Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgment in escalation savvy
  • Support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE
  • Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions
  • Assess disparate project objectives and distill into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership
Education:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
  • Ability to assess and analyze complex multi-faceted challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership
  • Experience in governance structures and Steering Committee routines
