Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership, specifically a Division Vice President (DVP) or Executive Vice President (EVP), in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other compliance-driven sectors. This role demands an individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills who can work across time zones and manage high-priority tasks with precision and attention to detail.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, ensuring content is clear and professional.
  • Manage complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of all meetings.
  • Take meeting actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed within set timelines.
  • Support senior executives in managing their time, preparing materials, and organizing meetings.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes align with industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly for audit requests.
Hard Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consolidating and editing PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage meetings across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) and understanding the importance of attention to detail for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives such as a Division Vice President (DVP) or Executive Vice President (EVP).
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting a DVP, EVP, or similar senior leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Education:
