Responsibilities:
  • Develop trading applications and services for the Municipal Bonds Trading Desk using Java, TypeScript, SQL/Oracle, and Python.
  • Work in an agile team environment to drive software solutions through the agile software lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Implement benchmarking and performance tuning techniques to enhance the trading platform's performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to balance competing demands.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java, React, and SQL.
  • Experience with enterprise tools and technologies such as RDMS (Oracle), Message (AMPS), Application framework (Angular, React, OpenShift, Quartz).
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization software, preferably Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategy development and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

Pay Rate: $55/hr- $60/hr
