  • Hardware Troubleshooting
  • It Support Background
Datacenter Exp (highly preferred)
 
Common Responsibilities for  Technicians
  • Installing and replacing servers, routers, switches, and other components.
  • Physically deploying and cabling servers, PDUs, and network devices.
  • Diagnosing failures and escalating complex issues to specialized teams
  • Resolving tickets
  • Diagnosing and replacing failed parts such as motherboard
