About the Role:

• We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
• As part of the FP&A Corporate and Business Unit Team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic support, financial planning, and analysis for various business units.
• This position offers the opportunity to drive business insights, enhance financial reporting, and contribute to new business growth opportunities.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate financial plans, forecasts, and reports for Actuals, Business Plan, Commitment View, and Best View.
• Analyze the financial impacts of promotional considerations on cash costs and P&L.
• Evaluate business results, provide strategic guidance to business clients, and identify areas of risk and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain drivers of promotional activity and assess strategic financial decisions.
• Partner with Customer Profitability team to provide insights on commercial decisions and their impact on profitability.
• Design and implement strategies to improve processes and present findings to all levels of the business.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, SQL, Python & Data Visualization Tool

 Preferred Skills:

• Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferred).
• Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
• Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA).
• Strong analytical capability and ability to structure business cases.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify key points and recommendations.
• Advanced understanding of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and costing methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of business drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
