Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team.
• This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our Order Management (OM) systems and driving innovation that enhances both customer and employee experiences.
• The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Maintenance:

• Provide first and second-level support for users of OM systems, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Hybris, Value Track, EDI/B2B, and Medallia.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to optimize system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Participate in system upgrades and technical enhancements, focusing on user improvements.
• Facilitate efforts to optimize master data, gather audit information, and fulfill reporting requests.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement:

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize business process and system needs across the OM team.
• Communicate and prioritize needs with partners and vendors.
• Solve complex business problems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Digital Project Leadership:

• Lead or contribute to digital projects aimed at enhancing customer, employee, and patient experiences.
• Drive innovative solutions and explore new technologies to improve business processes within OM.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate the status of systems issues and projects, including timelines, priorities, testing plans, resource needs, training requirements, and process impacts.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of relevant work experience in business process analysis, systems development, or IT project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or a related industry.
• Solid understanding and proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• At least 2-3 years of SAP SD or order-to-cash experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Value Track, EDI/B2B, and other relevant systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences.
