Position: Scrum Master

Duration: 12-18 months

Pay Range - $65/hr - $68/hr

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Jira and other Agile tools for managing ceremonies and tracking team performance.
Experience in managing 2 teams of 8-12 members, including both technical and non-technical team members.
Familiarity with DevOps, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to dig into the weeds and identify bottlenecks in processes and workflows.
Experience in coaching teams and facilitating change within teams for greater efficiency.
Ability to manage both technical and administrative tasks, ensuring a balance between Agile coaching and operational needs.
