Title: Lead GIS Systems Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Fulltime

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead GIS Systems Analyst to join our Data and Analytics organization. This strategic role combines technical expertise in ArcGIS development with GIS management oversight to accelerate our transformation into a data-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement GIS web applications and maps using Esri's ArcGIS software suite
Develop and maintain geoprocessing scripts, tools, and models for automating GIS workflows
Drive strategic architecting and implementation using Esri and other technologies
Manage enterprise ArcGIS licensing, deployment, and maintenance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience developing GIS solutions with Esri's ArcGIS suite
3+ years of experience managing enterprise GIS implementations
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Server administration
Strong analytical and ETL skills
